This page is the complete rulebook: every rate, every generation, every threshold, published in full — plus an income calculator you can drive yourself. Nothing hidden, nothing inflated.
Two tiers, same days and same multiple: 90 days, 3× quota. VIP · 100 USDT switches on your own-trade rebate, Gen-1, the 30% direct reward, 50% across ten-generation bonus, the 10% team spread with no depth limit, and every deposit bonus. SVIP · 500 USDT has the same benefits plus two more: your S rank, +1 (live while the membership is, and it drops back at expiry) and the trading-volume spread. Three direct referrals return 120 USDT — a VIP membership breaks even plus 20% right there. Of every membership, 90% goes back to the market and 10% stays with the platform.
A free account gets nothing but the daily check-in. Once you activate, income arrives in two bands: band A follows membership sales (paid whenever anyone activates), band B follows trading volume (paid whenever anyone trades, and it never consumes quota). VIP and SVIP differ in only three things: quota, the +1 on your S rank, and the trading-volume spread. Same days, same three membership payouts.
Check-ins build your trading tier, and your tier sets the rebate rate on your own trades once VIP is active. Someone activating cold starts at 0.50%; you could start at 0.70% — what you banked for free cashes in the day you upgrade.
The entry tier. Direct reward, ten-generation bonus, the no-depth-limit team spread, trading rebates and deposit bonuses all pay in full; three referrals break even.
The tier for people running a team. Same days and same multiple as VIP; what you add is +1 on your S rank (live while the membership is, and it drops back at expiry) and the trading-volume spread. Every rank up adds 1% to the membership spread on every membership your team buys.
Each order keeps its own multiple and is never recomputed. Both tiers are 3×, so one 500U SVIP membership gives 1,500U of quota and five separate 100U VIP memberships also give 5 × 300U = 1,500U — identical quota and identical days; what differs is the +1 on your S rank.
Already on VIP and want SVIP? Pay the 400 USDT difference: quota tops up by 1,200U (300 + 1,200 = 1,500, the same as buying SVIP outright), the +1 on your S rank is live that day, and anything the tier cap was holding is released with it. Trying the small membership first costs you nothing.
The two spread lines have different gates. The membership spread opens at 100 USDT of cumulative purchase — a VIP is enough. The volume spread needs 500 USDT, so it is SVIP only. Both read cumulative spend, not a single order. After that your rate is set by weak-leg volume, shown in 04+ below. An account with no rank is S0: it collects no spread and consumes none.
You take every order at your own tier. The direct reward, the ten-generation bonus and the spread bonus are all capped at what you have put in this term. A VIP (100U) under a downline who activates SVIP 500U takes it at 100 — the income on the other 400U is held for 30 days. Top up 400 to SVIP inside the window and it is released in full; miss it and it expires, with no back-pay and no rollover. It is judged per order: one 500U order is cut against your ceiling once, and their second and third order are each cut on their own — if your ceiling covers it, every order pays in full. When your membership lapses and you re-activate, this term's total restarts from zero.
Three slots on your first row, three referrals to switch on ten-generation bonus, three referrals to break even — the same number. Ten-generation commission does not pay before you have three directs; the day you hit it, the whole line opens and everything your team already generated is released to you in one go.
Direct reward 30%, credited immediately. No threshold, no waiting.
Ten-gen commission is still locked; whatever it generates waits in the release pool. Nothing is lost.
90U of direct rewards plus the 30U held in the release pool land together. 100 in, 120 back, and ten-generation bonus open.
30 days, counted from the day you activate. The countdown starts the moment you buy, not when your team first produces a commission. Until you have three directs, the ten-generation commission your team produces shows in your release pool — visible, but not withdrawable. Finish the three within 30 days and all of it is released; miss the window and that period is cleared. Your placement, your downline and your membership are untouched — complete the three at any point later and it counts normally from that day, and qualifying once lasts forever. Those three directs only need a 100 USDT VIP membership — they do not have to buy SVIP.
Past the 30 days and want back in? You get one restart. Buy another membership and the window reopens for 30 days — what your team generates then goes back into the release pool, and finishing your three directs releases all of it. One restart per account, and what already expired does not come back.
The most conservative version: even if nobody is ever placed under you, four direct referrals × 30% = 120U — still break-even plus 20%. No need to understand placement, no need to wait for a team. You can check this one yourself.
The first three come out of membership fees — fast and large, and the spread has no depth limit. The fourth comes out of trading volume: smaller, but it does not depend on anyone buying again, and it does not consume your quota. All three membership legs pay on either tier; what SVIP adds is the +1 on your S rank (which lifts your spread rate one step) and the trading-volume spread.
Every person you personally refer pays you 30%, no matter which layer they end up placed on. Paid from the first one, no threshold.
Any membership bought anywhere in your team pays ten-generation bonus up — including people placed under you from above. Your team keeps growing even in the months you bring in no one yourself.
It keeps paying past Gen 10. You take the difference for your level, walking up the same placement line with no depth limit — business thirty layers down still reaches you.
Every trade you and your referrals place returns volume rebate. It follows volume rather than membership sales and never consumes your bonus quota — but it needs active VIP.
The ten points released from the ladder fund a spread with no depth limit. It follows the same placement line as the ten-generation bonus, but starts at Gen 1 and keeps walking upward until the full 10% is paid — if your team reaches thirty layers deep, business at layer thirty still reaches you. VIP collects it too; the rate follows your S rank and each rank up adds 1%.
Everyone has three slots beneath them. Your first three referrals sit on your first row; from the fourth on, the system places them into open slots further down — always inside your own line, never under someone else.
#4 sits under #1, so when #4 buys a membership, #1 takes Gen-1 10% and you take Gen-2 10%.
#4 is yours, so the 30U is yours, and their volume rebate stays yours for good.
Model assumptions: every layer is full, and everyone repurchases once they have drawn their quota. What the income really turns on is one thing: how much the average team member spends per month. Membership runs 90 days, so the floor is one VIP membership a quarter (~33U a month); people who are actually working buy more often. The table below shows three activity levels — we are not picking one for you. The arithmetic: 3 directs × 30%, plus each generation (3ⁿ people × that generation's rate from the ladder in 04 above). Plus one recursion: the people a few layers up are running teams too, and once they draw their 300U of quota they buy again — so the deeper layers repurchase more often. The calculator below runs the identical model, cell for cell. Volume rebate is a separate leg: quota-free, and not counted below.
This table stops at 5–6 layers. Five layers and 363 people is a scale you can verify, copy, and actually reach — and the only number we pitch on. Always quote it together with the activity level — the same 363 people pay three times more at 100U a month than at 33U. That gap is not a pitch, it is whether the team is real. The calculator below goes to 10 layers if you want to run it yourself: the rates are all public. But tens of thousands of people in one line is a theoretical full matrix, and we do not sell on numbers like that.
This leg has nothing to do with membership sales — it follows trading volume. While your VIP is active and you and your referrals keep trading, it keeps paying, and it never touches your bonus quota. Rates differ by product — the full table is below, and you should know it before you lead a team.
Entry: SVIP (≥ 500U cumulative) + 5,000 USDT of weak-leg volume
100,000 USDT of weak-leg volume · +0.02% per level
5,000,000 USDT of weak-leg volume · full base rate
The spread pays upward by difference: a trade first pays the nearest ranked person at their level, then keeps going up — each one tops up to their own tier, until the full 0.30% is paid. Example: your referral sits in S1–S3 (0.10%) and you are S7 or above (0.30%) — they take 0.10%, you take the remaining 0.20%. S0 accounts — under 500U or lapsed — are skipped entirely and their tier comes straight up to you.
Forward pays 2.5–5× what Reverse and the light products pay. The same volume returns several times more depending on the product. Anyone leading a team should know that rather than discover it later.
Membership commission assumes a full matrix and prices everyone in the team as a VIP membership — 100U for 300U of quota. That is the conservative floor; in practice some people buy SVIP memberships, which pay more. Volume rebate uses the product you pick and the trading figures you enter. There are two spread lines here, do not mix them up: the membership tier bonus (VIP collects it too, estimated at the most conservative one-rank differential of 1%, and only once you hold an S rank) sits inside the membership block; the trading-volume spread needs you on SVIP (≥ 500U cumulative) with the weak-leg volume to match, otherwise it is zero. The Gen-1 0.50% is not included — it only pays on the first level, so multiplying it by total team volume would overstate it; 100k monthly volume on your direct level is 500U a month, add it yourself. The tier cap is not modelled here: when a downline's order runs past what you have put in this term, the excess is held. This is the arithmetic ceiling; real results depend on how active your team is and on your own spend.
Membership runs 90 days. The floor is one VIP activation (100U) per member per term; people who are building activate SVIP or top up more. This one input drives the whole table.
The 30% direct reward on membership fees comes from these
This follows your referral line, not the matrix headcount. It assumes nobody at or above your rank sits below you; if one rises, you only top up the difference.
Forward and two-way scale with your trading tier; Reverse, Momentum and Games are flat 0.20% at every tier
Your level follows weak-leg volume — your whole team minus your single largest leg: 5,000 to enter S1, 50,000 for the middle band, 500,000 for the top (everyone in the matrix bought at least one membership, so team size is the conservative floor). All of it assumes you have bought 500U cumulatively — below that you are S0 and the spread row is zero. Tier spread pays upward by difference — the active VIP below takes their tier, you top up to yours. The higher your level and the lower theirs, the more you earn on their whole line; where the level below matches yours, that stretch pays nothing. Lapsed members are skipped and their tier comes to you. Membership commission is the opposite — it already includes downline repurchase: people above you who fill their quota have to buy again, and you take your cut of every one of those memberships. That is what depth grows.
Commission lands in its own balance, untouched by promo turnover requirements. Withdrawable 24 hours after it lands — or usable for trading right away.
Once your first row of three is full, new people are placed deeper inside your own line — never under someone else.
S1 → S10 upgrades automatically on weak-leg volume and never falls back — a downline lapsing does not drag you down.
If your membership lapses, your placement, your downline and everything you have earned stay exactly where they are. One membership restores it — no re-placement.
Your own-trade rebate, Gen-1, the tier spread, the direct reward, ten-generation commission and deposit-bonus access all run at once. Every one needs active VIP — a free account gets none.
The spread and deposit-bonus access are part of the membership and stop with it — the spread passes up to the nearest active VIP above you. The direct reward and ten-generation commission keep paying until your quota runs out. One membership restores everything immediately.
VIP 100U = 300U of quota and 90 days. SVIP 500U = 1,500U, 90 days, the +1 on your S rank and the trading-volume spread. The direct reward, the ten-generation bonus, the 10% spread bonus and deposit bonuses come with either.
The first pays 30U. The third returns 120U — break even plus 20% — and opens ten-generation bonus.
Both tiers are 3×: every 100U buys another 300U of draw, every 500U buys 1,500U. Days take the later of the two dates rather than stacking, so topping up early never costs you.
Everything else — placement, spillover, commission, rebate, settlement, quota — is handled by the system. No ratios to memorise, no layers to count. Your dashboard updates daily.
All income figures are modelled illustrations, not promises. Actual results depend on team size and trading activity. Participation carries risk; no return is guaranteed.
